Paris's arrow finds the famous heel.
During the sack of Troy, Achilles ignores the slaughter and searches the burning city for Briseis. He finds her just as Paris, seeking vengeance for Hector, puts an arrow through his heel and then several more into his chest. Achilles pulls the body-shots out so that only the heel wound is seen, watches Briseis flee with Paris, and dies on the temple steps. Odysseus cremates him in the closing funeral scene and narrates his legend.
Follows the myth's heel wound, though the film has Paris finish him with multiple arrows to the torso; Achilles yanks those out so the legend of the single heel shot can stand.
