After popping into Lil Dicky's 'Mr. McAdams' music video, Pitt shows up at Dave's house wanting a music mentor and ends up recording in his studio, only for obsessed fan Bella to take them (and GaTa) hostage at gunpoint. At the peak of the standoff Bella shoots Brad in the chest with a tour-branded arrow from Dave's prop crossbow. Bleeding out, he dispenses one last piece of wisdom ('Until you love yourself, you can never love another'); as paramedics rush in his hand rises in a thumbs-up, signalling he'll live.
Aired May 31, 2023 on FXX. Outcome kept slightly ambiguous, but the creators and the thumbs-up confirm he survives.
